Figure 4 illustrates the distribution of 2024 UN system revenue across the four financial instruments, along with their sub-categories. The total revenue of US$ 68.3 billion comprised US$ 19.1 billion in core resources (US$ 13.8 billion  of assessed contributions and US$ 5.3 billion of voluntary core contributions), US$ 41.4 billion in earmarked  contributions and US$ 7.8 billion in revenue from other activities.
